Dealers
As with every car I have owned or run, the dealer network can be a lottery. I have been VERY lucky and the Hatfields group of Hull and Wakefield have been excellent from sale to service through warranty and advice. This is not true of all Jaguar dealers and reports in the forums suggest some are still struggling with the skills to support a complex EV like the I-Pace. It is worth finding out how many Master Technicians your preferred Dealer has trained in the I-Pace. This has been the issue of turnaround times in some dealers when they only have one technician and they get a backlog of work.
